At Underground Clothing, we stand behind our streetwear; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

Drop Off at Carrier

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location for the carrier listed on your return label and ensure you receive a tracking receipt.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
